A unique maloya song in authentic creole reunionnais language about a moral colonel (mama soldier) with a supernatural power, who exist in humans’ imagination as an opposite of a dishonesty, cruelty and war. Maloya was inscribed in 2009 on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity of UNESCO for France.
